Asia salat Tatsoi BIO De Bolster (1572)
Tatsoi (Brassica rapa) is a variant of the better known Paksoi. The dark round, thick leaves are nice and crispy and can be prepared either raw or as spinach. Grows quickly.
Not difficult to grow; but is sensitive to tuber foot, so rotation is important. Water well. Protect in the beginning against cold nights. Good hardy, harvestable for a long time and can be stored for a long time.
Harvesting: 4 to 5 weeks after sowing the heads or individual leaves can be harvested.
TIP: also suitable as a babyleaf (sowing period: March-August)!
