Hezhou is a tomato variety that originated in the province of Zhejiang in China. The oval fruits have a diameter of +/- 4 to 5cm and an average weight of 80 to 100g. They ripen into a pink colour over about 65 to 70 days.
The fruits have a delicious taste and are mainly used in salads and cold dishes.
