ZWKDB1630 Parsnip 'Tender and True' BIO De Bolster (1630)

Parsnip 'Tender and True' is easy to grow and can tolerate quite a lot of frost. Be careful in sunny weather: touching the plant can cause burns. Pentecosternacular tubers, or parsnip, used to be a main ingredient of the hot meal, later supplanted by potato and carrot. The tubers resemble carrots, but have a white colour. Parsnip Tender and True is easy to grow, requires little fertilisation and can tolerate quite a lot of frost.
