Black Mountain Pink is a tomato variety that originally originated in Kentucky in the United States. The large, round, flattened and slightly ribbed fruits grow in pairs of 3 to 4 to an average weight of about 400g to 1.5kg. They ripen to a pink-red colour over a period of about 80 days.
The fleshy fruits have a delicious flavour and are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot dishes.
