Big Rainbow, also known as 'Rainbow', 'Arc en Ciel' or 'Большая радуга' is a tomato variety that originated in the united states. The flattened, ribbed fruits grow in bunches of 2 to 4 fruits to an average weight of 300 to 500g. They ripen to a yellow-orange-red color over a period of about 80 to 95 days.
The fleshy tomatoes with few seeds have a delicious, soft, sweet taste. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot preparations.
