Mesclun 'Pure Lettuce' BIO De Bolster (1827)

Mesclun 'Pure Lettuce' is a colourful lettuce mixture of the varieties 'Red Salad Bowl', 'Susan', Lettuce 'Miracle of the Four Seasons' and 'Little Leprechaun'. This mix can be grown from spring until late summer as a babyleaf.

Has a mild flavour. Harvests young, when the plants are about 10 cm high. If you cut the young plants above the growth point, you can harvest them up to three times.

Keep 15 cm between rows. Sow at 1 cm in the row and thin out later at 2-3 cm. You also get a nice dense crop that is easy to cut into bundles by mixing the seeds with some sand or sugar to sow in a row. There is no need to thin out.
Harvest: after about 3 to 4 weeks.

TIP: very suitable as a babyleaf (sowing period: April-July)!
