Aji Habanero is a pepper variety that originated in Mexico. The small elongated, pointed fruits grow to an average length of +/- 3cm. They ripen from light green over light yellow to orange over a period of about 90 days.

The fruits have a complex, smoky taste. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot preparations. Scoville: +/- 5000

The plants with white flowers grow up to 70 to 90cm on average.
