Black Truffle is a tomato variety with pear-shaped fruits that grow in bunches of 5 to 6 and average 170 to 230g. They ripen to a green-red-brown-black colour over a period of about 75 days.
The tomatoes have a delicious taste with a nice balance between acidity and sweetness. They are mainly used in salads and cold dishes.
The plants are on average 90 to 100cm tall and have a good yield.
