Chocolate Stripes is a tomato variety that originated in the United States. The round, flattened fruits grow to an average weight of 100 to 200g. They ripen to a dark red to brown colour with dark green stripes over a period of about 70 to 80 days.
The tomatoes have an excellent, full, juicy taste and are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot preparations.
The plants are about 150 to 180cm in height. (Indeterminate)
