This variety originates from the city of Kiskenfelegyhaza in Hungary. The Hungarian Black bears smooth, cone-shaped fruits that grow to a length of about 5 to 6cm. They ripen in a period of approximately 80 days from glossy black to dark red.
The productive plants will grow to a height of 70 to 90cm and have purple flowers.
