Black Krim, also known as 'Black Crimson', is a tomato variety that originated in Russia. The round, flattened and ribbed fruits ripen to a dark red colour with green to black shoulders over a period of approximately 70 to 80 days. This species can easily survive in colder areas.
The fleshy tomatoes have a delicious, intense taste. They are used in salads and cold dishes as well as for sauces and hot preparations.
